Buy Support, Provide Support Programme For Solo Parents
Having a baby can be especially tough if you don’t have the resources, support, or a partner you can tap out to when it all gets too much.
Part of every paying Pēpi and Parent client’s fee goes toward my ‘Buy Support, Provide Support’ programme. This enables me to give solo parents the sleep support they need, free of charge. Because no one should have to do this alone.
Want to help get support for a loved one, or need some support yourself? I’d love to see how I can help.

Prefer a quicker solution? Perhaps a 1:1 one-off consult?

Still Have Some Questions?
Do you sleep train or use cry-it-out methods?
Traditional ‘sleep training’ is often associated with leaving your baby to cry until they fall asleep. We will NOT be doing this! I’ll never give you a table for timed ‘check-ins’ or recommend leaving your child to cry.
In saying this, it’s important to remember that any change to baby’s sleep is a big change. It requires moving away from what no longer works for you (feeding to sleep, contact naps etc). Crying is the only way our babies know how to communicate with us, so tears are a normal and expected part of the process. Don’t worry though! We’ll be supportive, responsive and gentle with your pēp through this whole process.
What’s the best way to get my baby to sleep?
There’s no ‘best’ way, and certainly no right or wrong way to approach sleep either. I’m a big believer of ‘it’s not a problem, unless it’s a problem’. So long as it’s safe, whatever you’re doing is great! If it’s working for you, that is. And when it’s not working – that’s when we need to make some changes.
Want to co-sleep safely?
Add more flexibility into your schedule and have all naps on the go?
Help your baby settle in a cot to get some time out for yourself?
Whatever your sleep goals are, we can find a way to support them!
